Ahmed Elmallah received his B.Sc. and M.Sc. degrees in electrical engineering from Ain Shams University, Egypt, in 2006 and 2014, respectively. From 2006 to 2014, Ahmed was a staff engineer at Si-Ware Systems, Egypt, where he worked on designing high performance circuits and systems for interfacing MEMS inertial sensors. In 2014, Ahmed joined University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, USA, where he is currently working toward his Ph.D. degree in electrical engineering. His research interest includes time of flight depth sensors, time to digital converters, and power management integrated circuits.
